Dow Building Solutions announced that Bob Harden and Pete Pendergast will lead the Dow Building Solutions' sales organizations in Eastern and Western North America, respectively.
Harden, formerly the North East regional sales manager for Dow Building Solutions has been named vice president of sales in Eastern North America and will lead the sales organization east of the Mississippi River.
Pendergast, formerly senior global marketing manager in Performance Materials, has been named vice president of sales in Western North America and is responsible for sales west of the Mississippi River.
Harden and Pendergast succeed John A. Somerville, Jr., who served as vice president sales for Dow Building Solutions North America and retired after 35 years of service with Dow. "John's passion and commitment to our customers in the building and construction industry has been one of the reasons our business has become the industry leader that it is today," says Mike McGaugh, vice president and general manager for DBS in North America. "I'm confident that Pete and Bob will continue this strong focus on serving our customers, and helping contribute to both Dow's and its customers' future success."
