Due to the continuing rise in cost, particularly naphtha, Dow Europe GmbH is announcing a price increase across the European, Middle Eastern, African and Indian regions for PE resins.

Effective February 1, 2009, or as contract terms allow, Dow Europe GmbH will increase prices by 90 Euros per metric ton for all grades of its low-density polyethylene (LDPE), linear low-density polyethylene (LLDPE) and high-density polyethylene (HDPE) resins.
