Dow Europe GmbH is announcing a price increase across the European, Middle Eastern, African and Indian regions for PE resins, based on the accumulated costs for raw materials that the company is experiencing and the need to restore its margins.

Effective April 1, 2009, or as contract terms allow, Dow Europe GmbH will increase prices by 80 Euros per metric ton for all grades of its low-density polyethylene (LDPE), linear low-density polyethylene (LLDPE) and high-density polyethylene (HDPE) resins.
