Effective 15th August 2009, or as contract terms allow, Dow Coating Materials (NYSE:DOW) will increase prices by 5-7% for its styrene acrylic binder and opaque polymer emulsion products in Europe.
The increases are necessitated by the continued pressure on margins experienced in last few months, partly generated by the rising cost of some of the key raw materials. Customers interested in learning more about the price increase should contact their local Dow sales representative.
