Effective September 1, 2009, or as contract terms allow, Dow Europe GmbH will increase prices for its Polycarbonate, Polycarbonate Compounds and Polycarbonate Blends by 200 Euro per metric ton across the European, Middle Eastern, African and Indian regions.
Dow’s raw material and energy costs have continuously increased over the last months and margins for polycarbonate, polycarbonate compounds and polycarbonate blends are at unsustainably low levels. As a result, Dow Europe GmbH is announcing a price increase for these products.
